Yes, Compass Expeditions are once again offering some great prices on their tours, this time on their Santiago to Santiago, South America tour, the 9 day ones starting in December 2012 & January 2013!
The highlights of this tour are focused on the town of Pucon, Lake Todos los Santos, National Park Puyehue, Chiloe Island, Germanic lakeside village of Frutillar, the Swiss town of Bariloche and the scenic Seven Lake rides. Surely a great tour which should be done at least once in our life! This tour is aimed at covering approximately 2100kms, of which 90% will be on paved roads, with some roads being quite in bad conditions, while the other 10% will be on dirt roads, some with loose gravel too!
Tour will begin with a flight from Santiago to Temuco, from where the bikes will be picked up, before setting off for some 
great rides around the Chilean Lakes District, offering some unforgettable scenery. The program continues with a visit to the city of Valdivia, Ensenada, Perthohue, the Germanic town of Puerto Varas, Puerto Montt, Chiloe Island and Ancud, where it is planned to stop for the night on the 4th day. Next would be Frutillar, Puerto Octay, Entre Lagos, Paso Puyehue, Parque Nacional Pueyhue, San Carlos de Bariloche, & Circuito Chico. The 7th day ends with a traditional BBQ and an overnight in a typical log cabin accommodation. The last day riding would take you to San Martine de los Andes, Mamuil Malal and Pucan.
Included in the price, one will find all the important expenses, such as the airport transfers, internal flights, motorcycle rental, fuel, tolls, Argentina border paperwork, support vehicle, breakfast, lunch & dinners, accommodation, etc … etc ….!
