Last year we saw, and featured, the first rear view helmet manufactured by Reevu! This year it’s already something of the past …… today we have the first helmet with a Head-Up Display, aka HUD!
Up until today our smartphones are giving us access to a number of services, such as weather forecast, directions, music library, emails, etc….. Now, your helmet can do this too! With just an add on to your already existing helmet, you can view this and other stuff without taking your eyes off the road!
After an HUD is mounted to the helmet, you’ll be given access to whatever you have on your mobile phone!
– Have a call? See who’s calling, answer or return the call at your convenience!
– Feel like listening to some music? HUD is giving you a full access to your music library!
– Not in the mood to drive through hail, thunderstorms, etc….? Check the weather on the move!
– We, bikers, have a soft spot for nice roads and exceptional scenery! Capture it and share it instantly!
– Missed something? Check out all your data without taking your eyes off the road!
– On the track? HUD let’s you see the info important to you!
Still being in its creation stage, a number of other features are being worked on to offer an even better experience, such as a rear view camera, voice command, etc …..
All this and more will be controlled from a controller mounted on the handlebar!
